Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operations Office Manager
  • Enter and maintain Listing Directory on server for all file activity
  • Communicate with Marketing Director regarding status of files that will require changes in marketing material
  • Follow up w/Agents on listings that are currently Expired – keep tickler
  • Process new Listing Opening Packages, Closed Lease and Closed Sale Packages - Coordinate and follow up on all necessary paperwork
  • Cover for the Ft. Myers receptionist during lunch hours, vacations, PTOs, sickness
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
