We are looking for an Experienced Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Overview: The Accountant is expected to be extremely organized, accurate and able to multi-task and prioritize duties. This position calls for someone who takes initiative and sees assistance in all matters that need clarification. This position calls for a team player for a busy, fast paced Accounting / Finance Department. There is career growth within the company.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • · Participate in the monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
  • · Assist with the management of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • · Prepare, review, upload and post journal entries, including payroll, A/R, A/P, prepaids, cash, credit card expenses, allocations, accruals, intercompany.
  • · Perform G/L research.
  • · Perform Balance Sheet reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts.
  • · Communicate with other departments to ensure all information requirements and reporting deadlines are met.
  • · Assist with process improvements.
  • · Assist with System administration for Concur Expense System.

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a MUST
  • · Minimum 2 years relevant Accounting experience
  • · Proficiency with Excel is a must (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IFERROR, Pivot Tables, etc.)
