Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential structures.
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, or broken pipes.
- Follow building codes and safety regulations when installing or repairing plumbing systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete plumbing tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters or electricians to complete projects.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber in a residential setting.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment related to plumbing work.
- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring and calculating pipe lengths, angles, and dimensions.
- Familiarity with carpentry skills for framing walls and installing fixtures.
- Experience with pipe threading, soldering, welding, or other methods of joining pipes.
- Knowledge of construction plumbing practices and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair plumbing issues.
