Position: Healthcare Technology Trainer- Remote

Pay Rate: 25.00-30.00 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Healthcare Technology Trainer to join our team on a temporary basis, The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a strong desire to help others succeed by onboarding and training healthcare providers on our internal technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and train healthcare providers, including developing and delivering training materials and conducting live sessions.
Create and maintain comprehensive training curriculum and materials, including clear documentation and tutorials.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Readiness & Adoption (R&A), and Knowledge Management (KM) teams to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date.
Troubleshoot common issues encountered by healthcare providers during training and system usage, and work with Provider IT teams for potential system integration.
Demonstrate empathy and patience when working with healthcare providers of varying technical backgrounds.
Stay informed about system changes and updates to keep training materials relevant and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong technical proficiency with learning and teaching systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Experience in instructional design and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Empathy and patience, with a willingness to meet learners where they are and address their individual needs.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials.

Requirements:

Looking for 10+ years of related experience.
Bachelor’s (which is the preference), 2+ years of related experience is strongly desired.

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
