Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of maintenance technicians
Promote employee development within the maintenance department
Asset planning for manufacturing equipment
Manage the services of outside contractors
Collaborate with various departments within the plant
Ensure safety and environmental compliance with local, state, and federal agencies
Coordinate preventative maintenance program
Prepare and monitor budgets
Experience Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
At least 5 years of industrial maintenance management experience
Strong electrical and mechanical skill-sets including controls, drives, and PLC's
Experience with Root Cause Analysis, continuous improvement, Microsoft Office, and CMMS
