POSITION SUMMARY

Corporate leader for test methodology improvement initiatives such as Gage R&R, Cpk, Outlier Detection, Shift Analysis, Temperature Regression and Test Coverage and owner of the required software tools for implementation in development and production. Business process owner for failure verification analysis procedures and methods. Represent and promote Integra as a technical subject matter expert at Test Conferences and Standard Committees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE

  • Subject Matter Expert for semiconductor component technologies and associated Engineering and Quality methodologies for electrical testing.
  • Manage quality improvement projects such as test over-rejection reduction, yield enhancement, and minimizing rescreen/retest.
  • Interface with Integra IT function to create roadmap for Quality software tools, support tool development and implementation of new tools and methods.
  • Provide technical support to the Sales organization as they market and sell Integra’s electronic component testing services to customers. 
  • Provide quality support for new TPR development, Peer Reviews, and Customer Test Readiness Reviews.
  • Provide technical support when requested from customers by working closely with their Component, Product or Test Engineering teams.
  • Assist Integra Engineering as needed in complex component categories, such as DDR4 Memory, FPGA and Analog/RF.
  • Represent Integra at various Industry Conferences, including keynote/breakout presentations to promote Integra’s technology and value proposition
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline is required, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: At least 4 years’ experience in semiconductor Product and/or Test Engineering required.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong leadership and technical skills with proven ability to drive complex issues to closure in a timely manner and clearly communicate the result.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing, to achieve required results.
  • Self-motivated with excellent customer service, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills with the ability to defuse any situation.
  • Effectively and efficiently utilize Microsoft Office and other computer products and programs.
  • Ability to make conclusions using excellent analytical and statistical analysis skills.
  • Anticipate and resolve complex, non-routine problems.
  • Ability to accurately track, enter, and maintain data.
  • Ability to effectively interface with employees at all levels of the organization, including the executive level both internally and with the customer.
  • Strong ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form while dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
