Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Screen Print Operator. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that garments are accurately placed on the machine, with the correct design and placement. You will be responsible for setting up the machine efficiently and maintaining a productive pace. This position requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machine operation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a keen eye for quality, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for production, we would love to hear from you.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Savannah, GA 31419
- Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.
- Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday with a 1-hour lunch

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Load shirts onto the machine with accuracy and correct placement
- Ensure garments are loaded without wrinkles or lint in the print area
- Operate the machine in automatic mode at a minimum 6-second interval
- Set up the machine efficiently and accurately, aiming for a minimum standard of 5 minutes per screen
- Observe all personnel and mechanical functions to ensure consistency and report any variances to the line supervisor
- Perform set-ups and teardowns of jobs, as well as cleaning throughout the shift
- Follow all safety measures and company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean work area by wiping up ink, sweeping the floor, and disposing of trash
- Repair shirts using provided tools and procedures
- Cross-train in other positions or departments as needed

Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to work the scheduled hours and willingness to work overtime if needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and situational awareness
- Basic understanding of machine control panels and operations
- Ability to lift or move garments or supplies up to 40 pounds
- Previous experience in a similar role or additional education in related areas is a plus
