Our Office/Team:

We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, but loves a team atmosphere and a well structured office.

Position: 

As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our in-studio warehouse. From managing inventory to coordinating shipments, your role will ensure efficiency, accuracy, & safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory control and quality assurance, including tracking inventory levels and conducting regular audits

  • Coordinate shipments, supervise deliveries, and ensure timely arrivals. Address and resolve any issues that arise

  • Analyze workflow processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Collaborate with leadership to set goals and improve processes

  • Fulfill e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain our inventory management system, including inputting purchase and sales orders and categorizing new product

  • Inspect, label, and store products for both styling projects and ecom inventory.

  • Manage inventory repair and restoration processes

  • Organize, maintain, and reorder packing materials and supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Management or Merchandising

  • Reliable car, valid driver's license, and willing to travel

  • Exceptional level of attention to detail and a mastery of organizational and time management skills

  • Self-motivated and adaptable

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and Inventory Management Tools

  • Must live in RI, CT, MA 

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

  • Overtime may be required based on business needs

  • Weekend availability as needed
