Position Summary:
As a Travel EP Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the Electrophysiology department, providing specialized care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care during Electrophysiology procedures.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions before, during, and after EP procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Administer medications and manage patient responses to treatments.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of recent, related experience as a Registered Nurse in Electrophysiology.
- Current and valid RN license in the state of New York.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience with EP procedures and interventions.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including day and night rotations.
