As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Aid in writing policies and procedures and in ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation procedures.
  • Assist in benefits administration and enrollment processes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Help in performance management activities including tracking employee productivity.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required.
