Bond Consultants is a dynamic firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients - a convenience store food supplier - is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. This position is direct hire, on-site, non-exempt, and pays $20-25 per hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, organize and schedule meetings
Clerical support of office operations
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Maintain contact lists
Create and maintain filing systems
Manage inventory of office supplies
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Provide general support to visitors
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required
5-10 years administrative or multitasking experience
Proficiency in MS Office, Databases and accounting software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Time management and organizational skills
Positive attitude and multi-tasking skills
