Boulder Smiles is a boutique fee for service office in Boulder, two blocks from Pearl street. Our office is one of the oldest in all of Boulder and we take great care in providing exceptional service in a comfortable environment. Historically, we have no turn over rate and are hoping to bring on a new front office administrator to join our team. Ideally, this person is has a background in dentistry, is highly organized, open to learning, and has great customer service skills. We have a warm culture at our office and we are looking for someone with a positive attitude and great work ethic.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services in the dental industry 
  • 3 years minimum dental experience 
  • Ideally has some experience in the dental industry
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
