Aspiris is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Systems Administrator to join our managed services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the optimization of our service delivery technology stack, ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements, and leading our technical services team to exceed service expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
RMM/ Endpoint/Patch Management
· Manage, configure and maintain the RMM Platform health performance and security status of endpoints across customer organizations including desktops, laptops, servers and other assets.
· Develop, test, implement and monitor patch management procedures and strategies to ensure effective patching of endpoints.
Systems Administration
· Conduct operational, troubleshooting and maintenance activities of applications, servers and network devices.
· Manage the Windows Server Administration/Troubleshooting/Deployment
· Design, build and maintain GPOs to enforce policy across organizations
· Configure and manage user and group permissions (AAD Azure Active Directory and DirSync to O365, LDAP, etc).
· Create and troubleshoot Virtual machines, drives, and configurations.
· Create and manage internal DNS zones and settings
· Automate tasks and configurations on Windows environments using PowerShell
Networking
· Network infrastructure administration of routers, firewalls and switches
· Troubleshoot VLAN and routing settings and configurations.
Backup / Data Protection
· Design, implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery data protection solutions for our customers.
· Perform data restorations for servers, file systems, and databases upon customer request.
· Perform daily, weekly, monthly backup operations, including backup job scheduling monitoring, and verification of backup completion.
· Monitor backup infrastructure health, performance and capacity to ensure optimal operation and reliability.
