  • Support day-to-day accounts payable functions
  • Resolve invoice and payment queries
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Clean up company AP and invoicing as needed
  • Collaborate with internal leadership & stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma required, associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting OR similar highly preferred

  • 1 year of experience processing accounts payable

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Oracle experience preferred or SAP, ERP, MRP system knowledge

  • Trainable

  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
