If you have a mechanical mind and good customer service skills we are willing to train the right person to repair a variety of copier brands, including Konica Minolta, Sharp, Lexmark and HP wide format. Our training consists of a mix of Shop repairs, ride alongs, virtual training and web based training.
Daily Duties: A typical day is dispatching to service requests first thing in the morning that are anywhere from 5 – 100 miles from our office, visiting multiple accounts and resolving a variety of issues from copy quality to network scanning/printing issues.
