Columbus Awning Company is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join us in our ever-growing architectural metal canopy and awning business. We are a small but mighty family-owned business located in Westerville near Polaris and about 5 minutes from I-71. This is an in office position. This role is expected to:

 

·        Assist Project Management in Scheduling Installation and data input in various spreadsheets (excel)

·        Follow up calls with current clients to ensure timelines stay true and accurate.

·        Relay information to accounting on invoicing to ensure invoices and change orders are billed timely.

·        Assist in invoicing filling out certified payment applications for invoicing

·        Assist in prevailing wage documentation and certified payroll reports

·        Enter new projects into specified software

·        Track progress in Designated excel sheet to track progress and pertinent information. Actual time vs estimated time.

·        Assist Sales with up-to-date material pricing from designated vendors.

·        Receive incoming calls from clients to the office and transfer/relay to correct parties

·        Assist in inter office meetings regarding production.

·        Assist project management in acquiring appropriate permits and registrations when applicable.

·        Assist in pre-qualifications and is submitted timely for projects

·        Relay all job specific project related details to project management and production teams

·        Understand construction terminology as it relates to specific projects

·        Assist in scheduling off site meetings

·        Attend some off-site meetings

·        Assists in the issuance of Warranty Documents

·        Upload completed job photos into folders for each project
