Our client, a venerable Center City Philadelphia law firm is seeking a well-rounded, go-getter to join their team as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting multiple attorneys with a solid background including expertise in E-filing.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Record and store client information
  • Proficiency in court filings in PA (NJ is a bonus)
  • Calendar management (Outlook)
  • Experience with the discovery process

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal and/or Legal Assistant
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
