We are seeking a Medical assistant to join our team

​Responsibilities:

  • Room patients
  • Phlebotomy and Injections
  • Input information and orders into the computer
  • Order supplies
  • Prepare rooms, tools and equipment
  • Preform EKGs
  • Educate and update patients on medical treatment plans
  • Preparing patient charts for upcoming appointments​​​​​​
  • Communicate with physician and or other staff regarding patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing and phlebotomy
  • Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to efficiently file alphabetically

This is a non-smoking office.

Working office hours are as followed:

Monday 9:00am-5:30pm

Tuesday 9:00am-6:30pm

Wednesday 9:00am- 5:30pm

Thursday 9:00- 12:30pm
