Our Central Services department plays a crucial role in this mission by focusing on the details of what our customers want and ensuring their items are treated with the utmost care. We're expanding our team and are looking for dedicated individuals to join us in creating exceptional service.

Job Overview: As a Central Services Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for order detailing. This involves entering all customer items into our POS system and following established procedures to prepare items for processing in our plant. Our collaborative efforts ensure that customer items are returned exactly how, when, and where they want them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer items into the POS system with accuracy.
  • Follow established procedures to prepare items for processing.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care team to meet customer expectations.
  • Contribute individually to ensure the smooth and timely operation of our organization.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation available 100% of the time.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software with company-provided training.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer care through a willingness to follow established procedures.
  • Ability to perform work standing.
  • The ability to focus on meeting quantity and quality of work KPIs
  • There is an established weekly bonus and pay increase incentive plan - maximum stated pay is reached by achieving KPIs.
  • Both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome. Training will be provided.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Sunday (Saturdays off)
  • Full-time: evening shift (12:00pm - 10:00pm) 3-4 days a week.
  • Part-time: evening shift (4:00pm - 10:00pm) 3-5 days a week.
