Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience managing people and operations in the restoration industry.
  • Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation to office and customer locations in a 2 hours radius of Raleigh.
  • Clearance to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship.
  • Clean background check and ability to pass a drug test, as required by our partner carriers.

Exceptional Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years’ experience managing people and operations in the restoration industry.
  • Exceptional relationships and reputation in the local restoration industry.
  • Experience with packout, cleaning, pack-in and general content restoration.
  • IICRC certification.
  • Experience with Xactimate
