What You’ll Do:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Manager Trainee to join our team. As an integral member of the operations office, the candidate will undergo comprehensive cross-training in all facets of operations. The primary responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable, directing the processing of invoices and payments, and effectively managing expense accounts and budget reports. The Operations Manager Trainee will actively contribute to various operational tasks such as assisting in accounts payable, DMV paperwork processing, and invoicing. They will also conduct physical inventory counts at each branch, create work orders to maintain inventory in front-line ready condition, and perform test drives on equipment. The role involves researching discrepancies, recording purchases, maintaining databases, and undertaking routine clerical duties, including data entry and answering telephones. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in accounts payable
  • Assists in DMV paperwork processing
  • Assists in Invoicing
  • Conducts physical inventory counts at each branch

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications

Compensation:

  • $16.30-$18.50/hour depending on skills and experience + Commission
