** Job Summary **

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk / Kennel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience with pet care and able to deliver a positive customer experience. This role will involve providing support in all aspects of the animal care business and servicing our customers with an and upbeat attitude.

 

** Duties **

- Be a positive addition to our Kennel Technician Team.

- Assist with kennel duties which includes basic grooming and bathing, feeding, cleaning, and interacting with animals.

- Expected to always be presentable while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

 

** Qualifications **

- Prior experience with customer service and animal care ideal.

- Proficient in animal care practices and pet boarding techniques.

- Strong customer service skills with a compassionate approach to animal handling.
