We are a locally owned franchise seeking stylists who are creative, passionate, and have a love for working with kids of all ages. Responsibilities

  • Provide haircuts and styling services for children of all ages, from tiny tots to cool kids
  • Communicate effectively with parents and children to understand their desired hair look and make it happen.
  • Utilize techniques such as braiding, temporary coloring, and hair product to enhance children's hairstyles and boost their confidence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, no matter how much glitter and hair clips are involved.
  • Promote salon services and products to clients, because every kid deserves to look amazing.
  • Continuously educate oneself on the latest hair styling trends and techniques, because we are always on top of the latest kid-approved fashions.

Job Requirements

  • Valid cosmetology license, because we take our job seriously.
  • Proven experience as a hair stylist, specifically with children and a desire to make them look and feel awesome.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to hairstyling, because kids deserve the best.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, because we are here to make sure everyone leaves with a smile.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment, because we all love what we do.
  • Willingness to learn and cross-train in other areas of the salon, to provide a memorable experience for our young clients.
