Role Description

We seek an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Bookkeeper with a construction accounting background. This is a full-time on-site role located in Houston, TX. As a Bookkeeper at A&A Cable Contractor's Inc., you will perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. You will also assist with payroll processing and support other finance-related duties as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus
