We are looking for a Full Time, responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Update and maintain office documents including, but not limited to, contractor and vendor contacts, lease documents, and sales reports.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and vendors
- Act as point of contact for internal and external clients and vendors
- Offer assistance with basic IT, phone, and office support
- Assist in providing a clean and efficient office environment.
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite
