Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their construction needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for project estimation.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.


Requirements:


  • Must have a background in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in construction sales, estimation, or related roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
