Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our company's ongoing operations and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in business development, process improvement, and senior leadership.

Duties:

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and initiatives to drive company growth
- Supervise daily operations, including managing budgets, resources, and staff
- Lead efforts in process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Oversee all aspects of operations management, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast and plan for future business needs
- Direct project and program management activities to achieve organizational goals

- Oversee and direct Bank’s Information Technology function

- Work with IT Director to develop an IT budget and secure necessary equipment

- Oversee network and system implementations

- Chair of the Bank’s IT Steering Committee

- Member of Enterprise Risk Management Committee

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on operations management
- Strong budgeting skills and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results through effective supervision
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to forecast trends and make informed decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
