CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a dynamic Bilingual ERC Call Center Team Lead to join our partnered Insurance and Financial Services company in Fort Worth, TX. As the ERC Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing our ERC team to ensure exceptional service delivery to both employees and employers. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements for the ERC Call Center Team Lead:

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, and customer service in business/industry
  • Five (5) or more years of management experience
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Willingness to obtain the General Lines Health & Life Insurance License

Compensation for the ERC Call Center Team Lead:

  • Direct Hire
  • Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1-day WFH)
  • Salary: $60k - $75k (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM  
  • Benefits: Medical Insurance, Health Insurance, 401K, Vision, and Dental
