Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Manage and direct all areas of internal and external financial reporting and analysis, financial modeling, budget preparation and reporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the finance department, including the preparation of external financial reporting
  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting principles
  • Oversee the development and monitoring of annual budgets
  • Lead the preparation of quarterly Asset Liability Management (ALM) and liquidity reports
  • Lead the preparation of Allowance for Credit Loss (ACL) quarterly calculation
  • Perform Treasury functions as needed
  • Work with 3rd party to prepare and file annual tax return for Bank and subsidiaries
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting principles
COMPETENCIES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient knowledge of excel and word; knowledge and understanding of Federal and State banking laws, regulations and GAAP.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience is required
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
