RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:

Personal Assistant to Principal:

-Handle requests and queries re and for Principal in a timely and appropriate manner

-Manage Principal’s schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)

-Make travel arrangements for Principal

-Personal errands for Principal

-Manage and maintain BOTH personal and business receipts

-Manage personal repair and smaller construction projects for Principal

-Pick up daily mail and distribute appropriately-Help with Principals dog (pick up and drop off to dog sitter)

-Act as the point of contact between Principal and the public

-Able to travel if needed

Team Support When Needed:

-Ship and/or receive items as requested by team

-Pick up and/or deliver, purchase and return items as requested by team

-General office maintenance of personal and shared spaces

-Assist with organization of furniture manufacturing, ordering, sampling

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

-Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

-Experience working as a personal assistant and/or in an Interior Design firm a plus

-Must be organized, a team player, willing to pitch in wherever necessary

-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

-Must be ok with dogs

-Must have valid drivers license and car
