Bonus: $1000 after 4 month for full time.
Job Description and duties: must have experience with G-tube, Tracheostomy, Ventilator Dependent patients. G-tube feeding, Suctioning as needed, Medication Management, breathing treatment, Oxygen treatment, Stoma Care, seizure Precaution, colostomy care, head to toe assessment, 25 -190 lbs. patient weight, environment safety, Foley Catheter, monitoring vitals, charting and documentation on Wellsky system. 4 hour, 8 hours, 10 hours or 12 hours shift available.
Training/ Orientation: Training-Orientation- Shadowing will be provided by an experienced RN.
