This position will allow you to gain knowledge of Subpoenas, Direct Questions and obtain other legal experience. Goal of the position is to obtain all documents and records requested via subpoenas within a 30 day time frame. Each Coordinator handles up to 500 files which require heavy phone work -- approximately 75 + incoming/outgoing calls per day.

Qualifications:

  • Must be very organized
  • Ability to multi task
  • Make brief but accurate file notations,
  • Have strong customer service skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast pace environment and be a team player
  • Previous administrative, legal and /or medical experience a plus.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Requires high school diploma
  • Must have previous medical records experience or administrative experience in a fast paced medical office environment.
  • Type at least 45 + wpm
  • Minimum 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with MS Office products
  • Consistent/Solid Work History
