Job DescriptionJob Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Identify and implement appropriate control and compliance mechanisms for payroll.

·         Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.

·         Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions, resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries.

·         Manage and update payroll system with recording new hire, termination, changes to payrate, change to job title, and leave data.

·         Advertise all Job Openings

·         Ensure compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Leave Act (FMLA).

·         Responsible for recruitment efforts including interviewing, postings, job description maintenance, collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, works with temporary agencies.

·         Conducts the on-boarding for new employees as well as off-boarding for employees leaving the organization

* Manage and assist in renegotiations of the annual medical insurance renewal process.

  • Been the liaison point been recruitment agency and the company and employees.

·         Coordinate with management to identify research, investigate and resolve performance and conduct issues that arise with employees.

·         Maintain compliance, including proactively updating and communicating policies, documentation, processes and required notices and posters.

·         Manage productive resolution and documentation of employee relations issues and acts as a liaison between managers and staff.

·         Resolve workplace employee disciplinary issues.

·         Assist and provide information for workers comp audit.

·         Assist in immigration and VISA administration.

·         Assist Safety Manager with the safety training program.

·         Perform any other assignments given by the CEO.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

·         Bachelor’s in Management, Human Resources, Administrative, or related fields.

·         2 -3 years of Human Resource experience.

·         IQMS will be plus but not required.

·         The ability to work independently and to collaborate with others.

·         Highly detail oriented.
