Convenience RV Parts and Repair is seeking to hire RV Technicians with diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicle (RV) systems and repairs. Someone passionate about repairing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems would be ideal. This position will include working in the shop and driving to our customer's RV's using the Convenience RV Service Van in the surrounding area.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• RVIA Certification is certainly helpful but we will consider applicable work experience. Additional continuing education allowances may be available.
• Minimum of 3-years RV service technician experience.

Essential Job Skills:

• Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.
• Possible exposure to environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools (May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices).
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse-type of equipment not required but helpful.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour plus incentives, commensurate with experience and capabilities. Additional opportunities for increased pay based on billable hours per week.
