SUMMARY

The Human Resources (HR) Program Coordinator will be responsible for the pre-employment process, position description standardization and maintenance, regular review and appropriate revision of the employee handbook, new hire orientation and onboarding, and remote/hybrid work agreements for all geographical locations. Coordinates the retrieval of employee equipment in collaboration with IT and completes all out-processing actions associated with the employment release. The position will assist individuals with any human resources-related topics that arise throughout their employment lifecycle with the Corporation. The coordinator will maintain strict confidentiality of all information gained while performing HR activities. This role requires high trust and responsibility, ensuring that all sensitive information is handled with utmost care. The role will also support the day-to-day operations of Human Resources (HR), including but not limited to the administration of HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3 years of administrative experience, or 6 years’ experience instead of a degree.
  • Proficient with MS Windows operating system desktop publishing, photoshop, spreadsheets, and slide deck development.
  • Highly proficient in report building, editing, and creating forms/pamphlets.
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively, understand the importance of meeting deadlines, and use independent discretion in decision-making when necessary.
  • Must have experience in electronic file maintenance, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to compose technical and non-technical correspondence.
  • Experience coordinating programs and projects.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience with HRIS software and timekeeping systems is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
