Start Right Away  We are a growing Property Management Company in Pierce County. Hiring a full-time Property Manager. We manage individual homes, apartment buildings and some commercial buildings. This job is based in the office Monday – Friday, 8:00-4:30 pm. No weekends or after hours.

We are located in Puyallup, Washington and need a very experienced Property Manager. This is a full-time position with some driving of your vehicle to showings, we reimburse for your mileage. Bring your sound knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel. AppFolio skills are a bonus. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position includes a 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental unit in the Puyallup area. The hourly rate of $20/hour and possible commissions as promotional events happen.
