A Therapeutic Marijuana Pharmacy Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of medical marijuana products from a pharmacy to patients' homes or designated delivery points. This role requires a high level of responsibility, discretion, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.

Required Duties of the Therapeutic Marijuana Driver:

• Be proficient with the seed to sale software system (Leaf Logix)

• Safely transport medical marijuana products from the pharmacy to patients' residences or specified delivery locations within the assigned geographical area.

• Verify patient identities and ensure that all deliveries are made to the correct individuals as per state and local regulations.

• Maintain strict compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the transportation and delivery of medical marijuana.

• Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff and customers to confirm delivery details and manage any changes or special instructions.

• Provide excellent customer service, answering any patient questions regarding their delivery in a manner compliant with confidentiality laws and company policies.

Required Skills of the Therapeutic Marijuana Driver:

• Must be able to complete background checks, clear of felonies.

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to navigate efficiently and follow delivery instructions accurately.

• Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy laws.
