Job Title: Change Management Specialist

Pay: $48.00-$50.00/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 12-months with possibility of extension

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hr/week

Location: Hybrid - Boca Raton, FL | Work In Office 3 Days a Week

*Some travel to other sites may be required 25-50% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, plan, design, maintain, and implement policies and programs that enhance the organization’s relations with the community, public, government, regulatory authorities, shareholders, and employees.
  • Deliver communication through various media, coordinating dissemination of organizational information with new or trade media contacts, special events, public speaking, or other means to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives.
  • Prepare training classes, lead training activities, and assess student performance.
  • Develop and deliver organizational change management surveys, information, training, and coaching.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Change Management experience is required
  • Familiarity with A.D.K.A.R. (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) Methodology
  • Training/Teaching experience in a Corporate Setting
  • Strong Communications Skills
  • College degree preferred
