Job DescriptionJob Description

The Construction Contract Administrator will be advancing the company’s overall project management processes from Pre-Bid through Contract, Construction, and Final Sign-off phases. The Administrator will maximize utilization of computer software, internet, and telephone to streamline and increase efficiencies.

 

Candidate must possess 5 years of Construction Contract Administration experience with Commercial Modular Building experience a plus.

 

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Construction Contracts Administration.
  • Local, State, and Federal Construction Contracts.
  • Preparing Prequalification and Bid packages.
  • Commercial Modular Building Industry.
  • Construction Sales and Project life cycle.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent with Windows 10, Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Gmail, Chrome, Printing, Scanning, PDF, HubSpot.
  • Able to gather and compile data from multiple sources and prepare reports.
  • Problem solver, work under pressure, and be able to meet deadlines.
  • Track entire project milestones.

ABILITY TO:

  • Prepare, Review, and Submit Project Bid Packages and track through Award.
  • Prepare, Review, and Submit Prequalification Packages and track through Approval.
  • Prepare, Review, and Submit Subcontracts Agreements and secure supporting documentation.
  • Work with project management staff to prepare, track, and submit various types of project documentation.
  • Track and Review Subcontractors Contracts for required documentation.
  • Prepare, Submit, and Track Lien and Releases Notices
  • Prepare, Review, and Track Pre-Construction Submittals.
  • Contact School Districts and Public Entities to get on their Prequalification and Bidders list.
  • Handle and treat confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Multi-task and work efficiently with minimal supervision
