Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: San Clemente, CA

2nd Shift: Tuesday-Friday 4pm-12:30am and SATURDAY, 10am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pick and pack food products according to customer orders and company standards.
  • Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of items for shipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the picking and packing process.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to meet food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Operate and maintain packaging equipment with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist in inventory management by accurately recording stock movements.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with picking and packing procedures and quality control processes.
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and adhere to food safety standards.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Certifications:

  • Food handling or safety certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Location and Availability:

  • San Clemente, CA – Local candidates preferred.
  • Flexible availability for various shifts as needed.

Eligibility to Work:

  • Candidates must provide necessary documentation to confirm eligibility to work in the U.S.
