Job DescriptionJob Description

National Financial Institution is seeking to add an experienced and knowledgeable IT Analyst III to their team. The IT Analyst III is to actively advise the VP, Information Technology regarding all data and communication information flows and systems

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects hands-on and train personnel
  • Field and resolve support calls efficiently
  • Review and recommend IT upgrades and enhancements
  • Assist in developing IT objectives and plans
  • Escalate and follow-up on unresolved issues
  • Document system upgrades and fixes; Perform system modifications, installations, and testing
  • Interface with vendors and external support
  • Conduct monthly performance and access reviews
  • Support application scripting and automation
  • Install and maintain software; Provide technical support to users
  • Review and complete user requests for scripting and automation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an IT-related environment
  • Windows Server & Desktop Administration (Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 and up)
  • Microsoft M365 and Visual Studio 2022
  • Technical knowledge of LAN/WAN installation and implementation
  • Experience with hardware/software modifications and system backup procedures
  • Ability to produce accurate systems documentation
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to interface effectively at all levels
  • Preferred: Microsoft certifications (MCP), knowledge of virtual environments, A+ and NET+ certifications
