Jobsite Foreman

· The goal of the foreman at Modern Image is to keep jobs on schedule, ensure everything is being done correctly on the jobsite, lead other team members on site, and give reports to the project manager while working on the projects under construction.

 

· A foreman will need to have the skills to:

o Think ahead for what needs to be done or purchased

o Measure/estimate for materials needed

o Delegate tasks

o Maintain a positive working environment

o Organize materials

o Communicate effectively and efficiently via text and phone as well as in person in English

o Advanced carpentry

o Be knowledgeable about a wide range of trades

o Complete tasks efficiently and on time

o Read construction documents
