Bilingual Member Service Representative – Full Time, Monday-Friday
Join our family Our bilingual and bicultural team helps community members through financially challenging times. We understand the importance of providing offering safe, affordable credit, as well as financial education. Point West members count on our staff to give thorough information regarding checking accounts, loans, how to access banking services online and around the globe, and to be a resource during difficult or changing times. Bilingual and bicultural Member Service Representatives work in both the Retail and Call Center branches, giving trusted service in a member-facing and over-the-phone environment. Team members receive robust and ongoing training regarding Point West’s mission, service to the community, products and services.
Pay: Competitive/Based on experience.
- Experience includes: Hospitality, Customer Service, Teaching, Call Center, Financial Services

Experience
- Written and verbal bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
- One year of cash handling, customer service or hospitality experience preferred
