Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting growth opportunity to represent our portfolio and as a key player in our new sales structure, you will work as a "business developer" and collaborate closely with Account Executives and Product Demo Specialists to drive sales and close deals. We are looking for someone who does not wait for deals to come to them, but instead has a ‘hunter’ mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and governmental sectors.

  • Conduct cold calls and field visits to develop strong business relationships.

  • Demonstrate and promote our high-quality construction equipment and products.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to territory development.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Direct or related experience in the Hydro Excavation or construction equipment industry is preferred but not required.

  • Experience in municipal sales is a plus.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in a construction-related industry.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly disciplined prospector with a strong work ethic.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet functions.
