This position is the first step you'll take to grow your career. We are looking for an Assistant Retail Events Manager to oversee our entry level individuals and help us grow into more locations.

This position pays hourly plus bonuses and commissions based on team performance. Earning potential is uncapped. Top earners take home an average salary of $55,000 to $60,000 a year. This comes with the highs and lows of managing a retail sales team.

This position requires persistence and above normal work ethic

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a team of 6-10 retail sales professionals
  • Recruit, hire and train a team that gets results
  • Coach, develop, demonstrate and motivate each team leader
  • Oversee all aspects of the daily retail operations
  • Lead by example exemplifying professional conduct and behavior
  • Leading training workshops and other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • 2 years’ sales or marketing in a retail environment
  • 2 years’ team management and team building experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Professional, clean appearance
  • Must show leadership to the overall success of the team
  • Able to meet and exceed performance metrics
  • Must pass pre-employment background check
