The Requirements:

  • 1 year residential maintenance experience
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., move appliances, bend, & climb ladders
  • Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
  • Willing & able to work rotating on-call schedule
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
