QUALITIES & QUALIFICATION WE LOOK FOR

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
  • Current SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification, illustrating a commitment to the HR profession and adherence to best practices.
  • Extensive experience in ensuring HR compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2, reflecting a deep understanding of the requirements for managing sensitive employee data and information security.
  • Proven track record in a senior HR role, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance organizational culture.
