Responsibilities of Quality Control Inspectors / Quality Technical Auditors:
- Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
- Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
- Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
- Participate in routine visual inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications of Quality Control Inspectors / Quality Technical Auditors:
- Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities of Quality Process Specialist
- Examine/Develop/Document plastics injection molding process to identify improvement opportunities
- Make certain work orders, work instructions, mold setup, initial part inspection, and part qualification verified for each job
- Report production issues in reporting system, by email and to production team
- Lead containment actions and follow up on identified nonconformances
- Monitor open internal and external quality issues
- Determine root cause of issue via an investigation
- Lead the corrective action report process to validation
- Understand quality issues to prevent future occurrences
- Record melt temperatures daily for developing molding documentation and auditing
- Production schedule reviewed in advance for quality concerns
- Ensure correct process, equipment, correct documentation revision levels for each job
Qualifications of Quality Process Specialist
- Bachelor’s preferred, 1+ years’ experience in plastic injection molding, developing documenting, and troubleshooting of plastics injection molding process
- Microsoft Office suite and Project
- Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Processing Software Systems
Quality Control Inspectors: $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
Quality Technical Auditor: $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
Quality Process Specialist: $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Schedule:
Quality Control Inspector: Tue, Wed, Thu 6pm-6:30am & Fri 6pm-12:30am
Quality Technical Auditor : Mon – Fri 4pm – 12am midnight
Quality Process Specialist: Mon - Fri 8 Hour shift (flex start time)
