Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish for our manufacturing company, located near Wilder, VT.

Responsible for providing technical expertise; project, risk and resource management including ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule. Establish and enforce quality standards and implement testing and quality control measures to meet project specifications. Maintain project documentation and conduct project reviews.

Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience managing the development of new products in a highly technical environment.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred) and a minimum of three years related work experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Highly competitive salary and benefits package including relocation assistance from within the Continental United States.  Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
