Overnight Production Floor Supervisor
We are seeking a Production Floor Supervisor to join our team Looking for a candidate to join the team and oversee the activities of production workers during overnight shift. 4:45pm to 4am M-Th. Once trained OT on Saturday day shift. Pay commencement w/ experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily activities of the production and operation teams. Walk the production floor/ record attendance/hands on responsibilities. This is a mobile position with very little desk work.
  • Observe and implement a positive productive working atmosphere.
  • Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions. Ensure portion control and integrity of product.
  • Daily quality control- Oversees all production processes and employees to help keep all aspects running smoothly, efficiently, and consistently to produce and delivery quality products
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Enforce safety and security of the factory.
  • Hands on to assist a needed production line when necessary.
  • Basic Mechanical experience needed.

​Qualifications:

  • Supervisor experience 1 year min
  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of production tools and equipment. Mechanical experience needed.
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Bi-lingual/Spanish
